RELEASE THE GRIP | 2026

two women crouching on the floor in a dance studio
a woman is laying on the floor with another woman

A female duet exploring the tension between grip and release, between a mask of strength and a vulnerability seeking space. The fist, a symbol of control and protection, accompanies the characters on a journey until the moment when the old self lets go. Out of the release, a new inner connection is woven of transportation, separation, rebuilding and return to the self. Thus, The Grip becomes a story about disintegration, reassembly, connection and feminine authenticity.

FOR THE WIELDERS | 2025

A white flag, bodies carrying loss and leaning on one another — a dance work that examines nationalism, comfort, and human closeness within rupture.

Is it possible to look at reality anew?

What is our role within the system, and what meaning do we give to the symbols around us?

What — and who — is lost beneath them?

What happened to the children we once were?

If we simply let go, could we truly see one another as we are?

Who is left behind when we hold on too tightly?

Perhaps even ourselves?

M I U (AM I YOU) | 2024

two dancers crouching on a dark stage
a man and a woman doing a dance on a black background

“M I U (AM I YOU)” MOVES ALONG THE FRAGILE LINE BETWEEN CLOSENESS AND DISTANCE, BETWEEN THE NEED FOR THE OTHER AND THE IMPULSE TO STEP AWAY. FROM A PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW, I EXPLORE MOMENTS IN WHICH RELATIONSHIPS FRACTURE YET CONTINUE TO LIVE ON WITHIN THE BODY. THE AUDIENCE IS INVITED INTO A CHARGED SPACE OF PARTING, LONGING, AND

TOUCH—A PLACE WITH NO CLEAR ANSWERS, ONLY LISTENING,

SEARCHING, AND INNER MOTION.

MISS TAKES | 2024

MISS TAKES is a dance solo that explores the conflict between the external persona and the inner self, navigating the fear and acceptance of imperfection. Through three physical and emotional experiments, it investigates how repetition and reversals reveal transformation and growth. The piece reflects on mistakes not as flaws, but as essential steps in the journey of self-definition.
